Ima chotto kaze ga arun desu
Ima chotto kaze ga arun desu
Okay, so what does it mean? Literally it translates to “Now I have a little bit of a cold…” I could just as well have said “ima chotto kaze ga arimasu yo.” But in the new form of verb conjugation I’m learning in Japanese, the -n desu form has a shade of grey in the meaning to suggest a multitude of things. Very Tokyo-ben.
Right now I mean it as I’m unhappy. I hate being sick in the summer. You can never get comfortable either way. Always too hot or too cold. Ick.
So today this moblog is really mobile. I’m writing this post from my Treo 600 at the moment (ima treo de kono post o kakimasu). Sugoi desu ne! How cool!
More to come later.
Ja mata. (see you)
