Kitty, Madge, Idol, PNS explosion, oh my goodness!

What a crazy Wednesday into the weekend.

Wednesday night my Japanese Sensei came over to see the cats. She seemed delighted with them and they with her. After she left I hopped on Skype and was able to call in to Madge Weinsteins advice show with Cheryl Murkowski. It was super fun. Visit yeastradio.com episode YR363. Be sure to subscribe to her podcast because it’s brilliant.

Thursday night was the Idol at Hydrate, hosted by my lesbian lover Amy Matheny and judged by the fabulous Julie (ChixMix promoter), Miss Foozie, and Jerry Nunn. It was a beautiful crowd and full of really talented singers. Such good times!

I slept most of Friday and unpacked a little bit. Spin was pretty slow that evening. There was some unnecessary lesbian drama too. Three gals got in a fistfight. After security broke them up, one of them was escorted out and punched the manager on duty in the face and cracked her lip.

What’s up with ugly dykes like that? Why the hell do they feel the need to fight IN THE CLUB. Take it outside sisters. You’re ugly when you get like that. Gross.

I closed Berlin that evening. *hic*

Saturday was full of more unpacking and errand running. That evening insted of going out, Aaron came over and we watched two episodes of Big Love. I heart Big Love. That’s all I’m sayin’. Watch it. It’s brilliant.

Sunday was a HOOT! I met with the PNS Explosion boys at Platiyo for margaritas and some good chats. Patrick, Noah, and Scott are all beyond charming. Noah’s boyfriend was there as well, such a cutie, and their friend Adam joined too. I think Adam was totally rubbing my leg with his food.

Can I just say I was praying it was Scott rubbing on me? And what does Scott rhyme with folks? HOT! He’s dreamy! I totally remember photographing him a year or more ago while I was shooting in the club.

After hanging at Platiyo, Patrick, Scott, and I went to Spin for a quick final cocktail. We caught some Desperate Housewives and then I showed them my puzzy cats. I can’t help showing them off. So many people for SO LONG have wanted to see them. So they popped upstairs for a second and then they were off.

I hailed a cab and headed down to the radio station and had one of the best shows yet. I’m still in total awe of Amy and how flawlessly she works. Each time I am on the air with her I learn something new. And I can feel our rhythm starting to really sync up. We do great work together and I’m super proud to know her and have the chance to work with her regularly.

After she dropped me off at home, I had planned to go out for a bit, but I totally crashed. Tonight, I must get to bed early…
